Return Policy


Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges on customized uniforms or fully sublimated uniforms. If your account is approved as a wholesale account, there are no returns on any discounted order.

If you ordered blank style uniforms that are not made to order and are in brand new, unused condition with no customization, you may request a return by contacting us within 3 days of receiving your order. If authorized, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order. Failure to ship within that window will void your return eligibility.

Returned blank items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping, a deduction equivalent to the standard shipping rate for your order quantity will be applied.

All returned items must be:

  • Brand new and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original tags attached

Once we receive your return, it can take up to 5 business days to inspect and process, and an additional 3–5 business days to issue your refund. If returned items do not meet the standards above, they will be sent back to you at your expense.

If you pick up any of our ready-made kits at our warehouse, all sales are final.


Cancellations

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing time varies. If you've done this and still haven't received it, contact us at support@fcsuniforms.com with your name, order number, and return date.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded if not customized. Items purchased with a discount or promotional code are not eligible for returns.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Report the damage within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing support@fcsuniforms.com with your full name, phone number, and order number.
  2. Include clear photographic evidence showing the full uniform and the specific area of damage.
  3. If more than one uniform is damaged, a video showing the different sizes and areas of damage on each item is required.

After 2 days have passed, we cannot guarantee a replacement. It can take up to 3 business days to verify your submitted evidence, and additional evidence may be requested within 2 days of that request. Failure to submit evidence within the given time frame will result in the exchange no longer being eligible.

If you are required to return items to our warehouse due to damage, incorrect style, or incorrect sizing on our end, items must be shipped out using the return label we provide within 5 business days of receiving that label. Replacement orders will not ship until returned items are received.


Order Issues (Missing Items, Incorrect Customization & Lost Shipments)

Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items, you must report it within 3 business days of receiving your package. Only the missing items will be refunded or replaced. This does not warrant a full refund or return of your entire order.

Missing or Incorrect Customization

If your order arrives without customization that was ordered, you will be entitled to a refund of the customization cost only. Since customization is an optional add-on, its absence does not warrant a full refund of the order or a remake of the items with the missing customization.

Lost in Transit (Never Marked as Delivered)

If your package is lost in transit and never shows as delivered, we will remake and reship your order at no additional charge once the loss is confirmed with the carrier. We do not issue refunds in this scenario, as the goods were produced and shipped as ordered.

Package Stuck or Held in Customs

In rare cases, a shipment may be held by customs due to documentation or clearance issues. If this happens, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the hold. If the shipment cannot be released after all reasonable efforts have been made, we will remake and reship your order at no additional charge. We do not issue refunds in this scenario. Customers in Canada and the UK remain responsible for any duties or tariffs required to release their package.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Open a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  2. Email us at support@fcsuniforms.com with your name, order number, and carrier claim number.

Once your claim number is verified, we will remake and reship your order. We are not able to process remakes or replacements without a carrier claim number on file.


Damaged Items

If there is any damage or issue with your order upon receiving it, report it within 3 business days with photographic evidence. We are not responsible for damage reported after 3 days, nor for damage resulting from improper care. If custom-made items arrive damaged, we will remake and reship them at no additional charge once your claim is verified.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping on blank items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
